Jazz students are building on the basics of jazz technique to popular and age appropriate music. Some examples of the techniques our jazz students will learn include turns, kicks, leaps and body isolations.
Cheerleading involves stunting, dance, tumbling, jumps and motions. It involves fitness and conditioning on the body. we work on mindset along with the physical demands of cheerleading. We set goals and work hard to achieve them. Team bonding is also massive in this sport.
Contemporary is a style you really feel. Students feel they can express themselves through dance especially in this style. Students will learn flexibility, floorwork and turns just to name a few elements.
Our hip hop classes learn traditional hip hop moves. We then work our own groove and style into these. Our students learn to freestyle and improvise along with learning routines.
